Elsa Widding - en dame med relevant bakgrunn som uttaler seg om klima, klimapolitikk og energipolitikk

Sivilingeniør Elsa Widding, som både har vært ansatt i norske Statkraft (National Sales Manager), svenske Vattenfall (Director of Investment Strategy/Risk Management Supervisor), Det svenske Næringsdepartementet (Special Advisor at the Unit for State Owned Companies), Fortum (Firma som driver med salg av strøm - Head of Regulation) m.m. Experienced Management Professional with more than twenty years of experience from the energy business. I have held several positions for the three main utilities in Sweden, Norway and Finland and worked for the Ministry of Industry, responsible for several state owned companies, as well as for private equity firms. I have also had central roles in large acquisitions in the field of transmission grid. I have made expert interviews and written several articles published in business papers and in leading newspapers as well as on web-TV. My primary focus for the last years has been to develop my own company, Elsa Widding AB, a consultancy firm focusing on analysis and expert advice in the field of energy- and infrastructure business. I have also taken on operative assignments as interim manager and I hold lectures about scientifically views and knowledge on the climate issue. One year ago, released a book, “Klimatkarusellen, vilka frågor kan besvaras”, which is now also being translated into English. Since then, I have built a strong network with scientists in several countries. I also run my own Youtube channel and I am in the board of directors for an industry group, Infrea AB.
